By using this service and wallet, you fully agree to the terms of service listed below of CHB Holdings LLC, sole owner of the Coinhub Bitcoin Wallet, as well as Edge Wallet’s (formerly Airbitz) terms of service. 

PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.  IF A USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY LISTED BELOW, THAT USER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE CHB HOLDINGS LLC OR COINHUB LICENSED PRODUCT OFFERINGS IN ANY MANNER OR FORM.

Thank you for using the Coinhub Bitcoin Wallet, with website located at www.coinhubatm.app (the “Site”). The Coinhub Bitcoin Wallet is the sole property of CHB Holdings LLC. THe Coinhub Bitcoin Wallet also has features which are licensed and/or partnered with to add additional services for wallet users; this includes, but is not limited to, Coinhub Bitcoin ATM and Teller map locations, offered by LSGT Services LLC dba Coinhub, as well as transactions of Teller services using QR code purchasing at select retailers offered by LSGT Services LLC dba Coinhub. All cryptocurrency holdings are the sole property and responsibility of the user as the wallet is a self-custody wallet which CHB Holdings LLC does NOT control nor have access to user funds. By using any CHB Holdings LLC services or services of its affiliates, including but not limited to ATM or Teller services offered within the Coinhub Bitcoin ATM wallet or outside of the wallet, you agree to taking full responsibility of using a self-custody wallet and storing assets. You fully understand that any cryptocurrency held in the Wallet is not insured and that there are inherent risks from using any cryptocurrency wallet, including potential for total loss of funds. You agree to not hold CHB Holdings LLC nor its affiliates and partners liable for any losses which may arise from wallet malfunctions, improper use of any service within the wallet or applications, as well as loss of password phrases or backup codes, and any other issues which may arise. You fully agree to not hold CHB Holdings LLC liable for any losses nor inability to access funds and agree to not take any action against CHB Holdings LLC. You strictly agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein as well as the terms and conditions of our affiliates and partners.
